Live Fish Replacement Guarantee
At Waterlife Aquarium, we pride ourselves on healthy, quality fish. We achieve this by ensuring all our fish are kept in their ideal water conditions (pH, General Hardness and Ammonia). Information is displayed in store relating to the recommended conditions for your aquarium.
Waterlife Aquarium will replace any fish for a period of 7 days when:
- A sample of aquarium water is presented to the store and shows correct conditions
- A Waterlife Aquarium receipt is presented
- The body of the fish is returned (in separate bag)
If your aquarium sample demonstrates incorrect water conditions, Waterlife Aquarium will replace any fish within 3 days of purchase at 50% off when purchased with required water treatments.
The temperament of all fish can vary and Waterlife Aquarium will endeavour to advise the best compatibility for your aquarium. As individual fish can also vary, the final decision must be made by the purchaser.
Waterlife Aquarium are unable to replace any fish if they have been attacked by other fish.
