In most cases, yes. We have accounts with many wholesalers, so different branded items are available on a pre-paid basis. Please ask in store.
DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes, we have a company van that can deliver bulky items. Delivery fee depends on your suburb, and whether you need a second person to help carry the items. Please ask in store.
WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, EFTPOS, standard credit cards (No Diners or American Express) and also PayPal.
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A WARRANTY ISSUE WITH A PRODUCT?
First of all we need a copy of the original receipt of purchase which is required by the product wholesaler. After checking whether the item is actually faulty we will replace the item with the same or an equivalent product in store on the day. This is a major benefit of buying from ‘real’ store rather than an online store.
