Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied, return your purchase in its original packaging with all accessories and parts. Bring the item with your original receipt for a refund or exchange (subject to the terms and conditions below).

Livestock Return Policy

By law, fish returned within the first 72 hours irrespective of reason must be refunded at 75% of the total purchase price provided the fish is in original condition.

After 72 hours and for up to 7 days, the seller is not obliged to take the fish back; however, at Waterlife Aquarium, we will take the fish back at our discretion at 50% of the original purchase price.

After seven days, the fish is the buyers’ full responsibility to re-home if no longer required.

Products Return Policy

Any products used or opened will not be refunded.

Any unused or unopened items in a perfect resale condition within the first seven days will be 100% refunded.

Original receipt must be presented.
